From 2021 she was the ambassador to Switzerland, the United Nations and the World Trade Organisation da Luz Delgado took her master's degree at Kyiv University.

[2] On 18 December 2014 she was among a group of diplomats who were invited to the Convent of Cinqfontaines which had played the part of an old people's home for elderly Jews who had previously lived in Luzembourg from 1941 to 1943.

In 2021 she became the Ambassador to Switzerland and the Permanent Representative of Cabo Verde to the United Nations and World Trade Organization.

She and Simon Manley of the UK were new, joining El Salvador's Ana Patricia Benedetti Zelaya, as co-chairs of the Working Group.

[5] In October 2023 she was at the World Economic Forum where she spoke about sustainable development and about gender issues relating to Foreign direct investment.
