Clark, Missouri

Clark is a city in Randolph County, Missouri, United States.

[5] According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.58 square miles (1.50 km2), all land.

22.9% of all households were made up of individuals, and 8.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

The racial makeup of the city was 97.82% White, 0.36% Native American, and 1.82% from two or more races.

27.2% of all households were made up of individuals, and 10.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

About 14.3% of families and 18.8% of the population were below the poverty line, including 32.6% of those under the age of eighteen and 8.0% of those 65 or over.

In Spring of 2012, the entire police department was suspended due to complaints, then in May 2012 the City Council disbanded the CPD due to a pending investigation by the Missouri State Highway Patrol to which the department was cleared and given an excellent rating by the Missouri Auditors Office and reinstated.
