Clark Maxwell Jr. (August 21, 1934 – January 18, 2011) was an American politician.

He served as a Republican member for the 45th district of the Florida House of Representatives.

He attended Florida Southern College and served in the United States Army.

He served until 1978, when he was succeeded by Winston Gardner Jr.[1][2] In the same year, he was elected to represent the 16th district of the Florida Senate, succeeding Lori Wilson.
