Claude Bizibuye Nyamugabo is a Congolese politician who served as the Mayor of Kigali City from 2011 to 2017.

During his tenure as Mayor, Nyamugabo focused on urban development, infrastructure improvement, and social services enhancement.

- Launching the "Clean Kigali" initiative, which improved sanitation and waste management in the city.

In addition to his political career, Nyamugabo has also worked as a consultant for several international organizations, including the United Nations Development Programme and the World Bank.

He has also served as a board member for several organizations, including the Rwanda Investment and Export Promotion Agency and the Kigali City Private Sector Federation.
