Philomène Omatuku Atshakawo Akatshi

Philomène Omatuku Atshakawo Akatshi is a politician from the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

She served as Minister for Women's Affairs in 2007 under President Joseph Kabila and Prime Minister Antoine Gizenga.
