Clinton Bailey (April 24, 1936 – January 5, 2025) was an American-Israeli political scientist.
He was an expert on Bedouin culture and poetry,[1] and a founder of the Museum of Bedouin Culture in the Negev.
[2] He lived with the Bedouin people of the region from 1967 to 2012, and published the book Bedouin Culture in the Bible with Yale University Press in 2018.
[3] Bailey died on January 5, 2025, at the age of 88.
