Cochabamba Cooperative School

[1] Calvert is an English speaking school accredited by SACS which provides the American and the Bolivian diplomas offering a variety of Advance Placement (AP) courses.

For some years the student body was small, but at the beginning of the 1960s, several North American oil companies came to Bolivia to provide services, mainly residing their employees and families in the cities of Cochabamba and Santa Cruz.

In 1970, the school board made the decision to make investments for the acquisition of land that could shelter the dream of having a campus with all the comforts for the Calvert family.

The campus of the school is privileged, and is one of the most beautiful in Cochabamba and the country, due to its size and the educational infrastructure that shares the stage with generous green areas.

As part of a nutritional and health scheme, the food sold in the cafeteria is under the strict supervision of the school administration.
