Cody Mattern (born February 23, 1981) is an American fencer.
He competed in the individual and team épée events at the 2004 Summer Olympics.
He won the silver at a World Cup Grand Prix.
Cody was on the men's Épée team that rolled in at second place at the 2010 World Fencing Championships, in Paris.
