Sir Colin Crichton Mackay (born 26 September 1943) is a British former judge and barrister.
[1] Mackay was called to the bar (Middle Temple) in 1967 and was made a bencher in 1995.
[3] On 24 January 2001, he was appointed a High Court judge,[4] receiving the customary knighthood, and assigned to the Queen's Bench Division.
He will serve in that role for a three-year term, between 1 September 2015 and 31 August 2018.
