Collin P. Green

Collin Patrick Green[1] (born 1962) is a retired United States Navy vice admiral who last served as the deputy commander of the United States Special Operations Command from 2021 to 2024.

[2] He most recently served as Chief of Staff of the United States Special Operations Command.

Green also holds degrees from the Catholic University of America and United States Naval War College.

His father, Leo E. Green, is a former Maryland state senator and mayor of Bowie.

[5] In October 2021, he was nominated for promotion to vice admiral and assignment as the deputy commander of the United States Special Operations Command, succeeding Timothy Szymanski, being confirmed in December of the same year.
