Colome is a city in Tripp County, South Dakota, United States.

The racial makeup of the city was 93.9% White, 3.7% Native American, 0.7% Asian, and 1.7% from two or more races.

42.1% of all households were made up of individuals, and 22.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
