Colonial Heights is a census-designated place (CDP) in Sullivan County, Tennessee, United States.

[7][8] It is part of the Kingsport-Bristol-Bristol, TN-VA Metropolitan Statistical Area, which is a component of the Johnson City-Kingsport-Bristol, TN-VA Combined Statistical Area, commonly known as the "Tri-Cities" region.

As of the 2020 United States census, there were 3,055 people, 1,318 households, and 956 families residing in the CDP.

As of the census[3] of 2000, there were 7,067 people, 2,811 households, and 2,217 families residing in the CDP.

18.7% of all households were made up of individuals, and 7.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
