Lincoln Cortez Velasquez (born October 27, 1991), better known by his username Cong TV, is a Filipino YouTuber, vlogger, and online streamer.

He started out as a vlogger, Videographer in YouTube and rose to fame in the Philippines by uploading comedy skits and parodies to the platform.

[12][13] In December 2020, Cong TV and his girlfriend, fellow vlogger Viy Cortez, experienced the loss of their baby shortly after discovering the pregnancy.

After the prenuptial agreement by the beach and "Pamamanhikan", the couple's Catholic wedding was solemnly officiated on June 17, 2024, at L’Annunziata Parish Church in Victoria Homes Subdivision, Tunasan, Muntinlupa with special guest Alodia Gosiengfiao, among others.
