Connie Black McHugh (December 8, 1938 – September 20, 1997) was a former Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.
[5][6] During the 1970s, Constance McHugh became a political activist, advocating for community improvements in the South Philadelphia neighborhood of Pennsport.
After running again unsuccessfully for the Philadelphia City Council in 1992, she became a legislative assistant to Pennsylvania State Representative John Perzel in 1993.
[6] In 1973, she was presented with a national good citizenship award by Stouffer's Management Food Service.
Following funeral services, she was buried at the Arlington Cemetery in Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania.
