Students are required to provide testimony of their relationship with Jesus Christ in their application to Corban.

The university holds most administrative offices in Schimmel Hall, a three-story building built in the late 19th century.

The Outdoor Athletic Complex, which was to be completed in Spring of 2022, is the new home of the university's track, cross country, soccer, and lacrosse teams.
The $4 million project, raised entirely from donations, features a state-of-the-art track and field complex, lighting, and drainage for future expansions.
The university is a member of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA), primarily competing in the Cascade Collegiate Conference (CCC) since the 1993–94 academic year.
Corban competes in 16 intercollegiate varsity sports: Men's sports include baseball, basketball, cross country, golf, soccer, track & field and wrestling; while women's sports include basketball, beach volleyball, cross country, golf, soccer, softball, track & field and volleyball.
