Cornersville is a town in Marshall County, Tennessee, United States.
When it was first incorporated as a municipality on January 7, 1830, Cornersville was named for its location near the corner where Giles, Maury, Bedford and Lincoln counties came together.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 1.9 square miles (4.9 km2), all of it land.
As of the 2020 United States census, there were 1,228 people, 496 households, and 354 families residing in the town.
28.8% of all households were made up of individuals, and 17.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
