Crosby M. Black

Crosby Morton Black (June 25, 1866 - November 16, 1916) was an American politician from Pennsylvania who served as a Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for Delaware County from 1905 to 1906.

[2] In 1891, the business was merged into Chester Lumber & Coal and Black became the treasurer and general manager.

Black incorporated the Morton Crosby Company to manufacture foundry and filter supplies.

Black was the owner of the Morning Republican newspaper.

[5] He is interred at the Media Cemetery in Upper Providence Township, Pennsylvania.
