Cutler J. Cleveland

Cutler J. Cleveland (born January 21, 1956) is an American author, consultant, academic, and business executive.

Cleveland is the editor-in-chief of the Encyclopedia of Energy and winner of an American Library Association award.

[2] Cleveland is Professor of Geography and Environment at Boston University, where he also is on the faculty of the Center for Energy and Environmental Studies (CEES).

He has been a consultant to private and public organizations, including the Asian Development Bank, the United Nations Commission on Sustainable Development, Charles River Associates, the Technical Research Centre of Finland, the US Department of Energy, and the United States Environmental Protection Agency.

Cleveland has received a number of awards for his work, including an Adelman-Frankel Award from the United States Association of Energy Economics for "unique and innovative contributions to the field of energy economics".
