Cyberia is a West-Asian ISP that was established in 1995 by Transmog Inc. serving branches in Lebanon, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia.
In 1998, Cyberia launched a consulting group for the region which made it have a very good infrastructure and thus its launching in Saudi Arabia in 1999 In 1999, Cyberia was given the year's "Best Commercial Internet Solution" award for the Gulf and Middle East from Microsoft Corporation.
[2] In 2009, a meeting was held with the board of directors CEO and chairman Kamal Shehadi (Representatives from private companies licensed to provide Internet Services with representatives from companies such as, "Cable 1" and representatives of Internet service providers, "Cyberia", "IDM", "Broadband Plus" and "TerraNet" to raise discussion about the problems that are facing Lebanese consumers and how to deal with it.

However, this policy proved to be effective on the long term since this was made to set restrictions and to ensure that users who engage in substantial continuous download activity will not impair the performance of the network, thus decreasing the speed of the broadband service available to all other users.
