Dacoit: A Love Story[1] is an upcoming Indian action drama film directed by cinematographer Shaneil Deo, in his directorial debut.

Co-produced by Supriya Yarlagadda and Suniel Narang,[2] the film is being shot simultaneously in Telugu and Hindi.

[3] It stars Adivi Sesh, Mrunal Thakur and Anurag Kashyap (his Telugu film debut) in lead roles.

The film unfolds as a tale of two former lovers forced to re-unite for a series of robberies that promise to alter the course of their lives.

[2] Shruti Haasan, who was initially roped in as the lead, walked out of the film due to creative differences.
