Special Services (特務課, Tokumu-ka), a division of the Bureau of Urban Safety (都市安全管理局中央司令部本部長, Toshi Anzen Kanri-kyoku Chūō Shirei-bu Hon Buchō), is tasked in investigating and preventing criminal activity from happening in Judoh.
