One day, Ritsuka Tachika, a second-year high school student who attends Yonko Gakuen, is called to the "Third Library", which is not allowed to enter except the student council executive department, on suspicion of violating school rules, and meets the chairman Rem Hookuki and other members of the executive team for the first time.

After claiming her innocence and leaving the library, Ritsuka returns home to find that her house has been ransacked and her mother, Maria, has been taken away by someone.

Junpei Fujita and DIVE II Entertainment produce the series' music, which is composed by Elements Garden.
