Daniel A. Villa (born September 21, 1964) is an American former professional football guard who played twelve professional seasons in the National Football League (NFL) for the New England Patriots, Phoenix Cardinals, Kansas City Chiefs, and Carolina Panthers.

With assistance from Villa, Arizona State averaged more than 200 yards rushing per game for 17 consecutive contests in 1985 and 1986.
[4] On December 27, 2008, Villa was arrested in Tucson, Arizona for charges of child rape that absolutely occurred while he was coaching in Massachusetts.
According to a press release from Norfolk County District Attorney William Keating, he was sentenced to "7 years' probation on the third rape indictment with conditions of probation that he must register as a sex offender, submit to GPS monitoring while on probation, have no contact with the victim or the victim's family and he cannot work with any children under the age of 16.
