Daouda Marté

Daouda Mamadou Marté (born 23 November 1959[1]) is a Nigerien politician.

A leading member of the Nigerien Party for Democracy and Socialism (PNDS-Tarayya), he has been the First Vice-president of the National Assembly of Niger since 2011.

Born in Diffa in 1959,[1] Marté was a founding member of the PNDS; when the party held its Constitutive General Assembly on 23–24 December 1990, he was designated as its Deputy Treasurer.

[2] At the PNDS Fourth Ordinary Congress in September 2004, he was designated as Seventh Deputy Secretary-General.
