Dave Barr (American football)

David Hoover Barr Jr. (born May 9, 1972) is an American former professional football player who played quarterback for two seasons in the National Football League (NFL) and the World League of American Football (WLAF).

He played college football for the California Golden Bears.

At the University of California, Berkeley, Barr earned the Joe Roth Award with the Golden Bears in 1994.

[5] Barr attended Concord High School in Concord, California where he led the football team to the NCS 2A final, before losing to Marin Catholic at the Oakland Coliseum.
