David Delmar Edler (born August 5, 1956) is an American former Major League Baseball player.
Edler attended Washington State University, where he played college baseball for the Cougars from 1976–1978.
[1] He was selected by the Mariners in the 21st round (520th overall) of the 1978 Major League Baseball draft.
[2] Edler made his major league debut for the Mariners on September 4, 1980 against the Boston Red Sox, finishing the game 0-for-4 in Seattle's 7–4 win.
