David Dror Ben-Zvi (born 1974) is an American mathematician.
[1] David Ben-Zvi was born in the San Francisco Bay Area, and grew up in Rehovot, Israel, and Setauket, New York.
He graduated a valedictorian from Ward Melville High School and was a finalist in the Westinghouse Science Talent Search.
He then graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University.
Ben-Zvi earned his Ph.D. from Harvard University in 1999, with a dissertation titled Spectral Curves, Opers And Integrable Systems supervised by Edward Frenkel.
