David Folsom (born March 12, 1947) is a retired United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
He was a deputy prosecuting attorney of Lafayette County, Arkansas from 1978 to 1981.
On January 11, 1995, Folsom was nominated by President Bill Clinton to a seat on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas vacated by Sam B.
Hall, Jr. Folsom was confirmed by the United States Senate on March 17, 1995, and received his commission the same day.
