Francis became interested in the law and becoming a lawyer after his older sister, Suzie, a fault free passenger, was killed in a motor vehicle accident when she was 19.
He founded the LifeLaw Personal Injury law firm in 2017 where he is a partner and is focused on expanding his practice to serve the greater Salt Lake City community.
