David M. Maloney Sr. (born August 25, 1960) is an American politician from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
[2] A carpenter by trade, Maloney served on the Oley Valley School Board from 2006 to 2009.
[2][3] In 2020, Maloney was among 26 Pennsylvania House Republicans who called for the reversal of Joe Biden's certification as the winner of Pennsylvania's electoral votes in the 2020 United States presidential election, citing false claims of election irregularities.
[4] In 2023, Maloney was assigned Republican chairman of the House Game and Fisheries Committee for the 2023-24 Legislative Session.
