David Mauricio Mier y Terán Cuevas (born 7 August 1978) is a windsurfer from Mexico.

Mier was born in Mérida, Yucatán.

[1] Mier finished 17th in the men's sailboard event at the 2008 Olympics.

[2] Besides participating in the Olympics four times, he has also won bronze medals at the world raceboard championships in 2003 and the 2007 and 2011 Pan American Games.
