David R. Millard (born February 10, 1953) is an American Republican politician who served as a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 109th legislative district.
Afterward, Millard's father worked multiple jobs to support David and his five elder siblings.
[3] After taking classes at night, Millard earned a Bachelor of Science degree in office administration from Bloomsburg University in 1988.
[3] As an employee of PPL, he joined and served in the leadership of the local chapter of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.
[3] In December 2021, Millard announced he would not seek re-election in 2022 and would also be retiring from his director position on the Bloomsburg Fair Board.
