The film is about a young woman and her two friends that are rescued by a fishing vessel's captain, unaware that the ship harbors has a chilling secret.

A jet ski trip takes a tragic turn when a fatal accident leaves Kaya (Isabel Gravitt) and her friends Tessa and Xander fighting for survival in the middle of the open sea.

The rescue turns out to be a trap as Captain Rey and Doctor Hunt are traffickers looking to sell the organs of the injured Tessa and Xander on the black market along with Kaya as slave.

Rey sneaks up and stabs her in the abdomen but Kaya manages to shoot a flare in his mouth and kill him before tossing the beacon tracker overboard to activate it.
