Deborah Haynes (born October 1976) is a British journalist, security and defence editor at Sky News.
[1] She was previously known for her work as defence editor for The Times as well as documenting the dangers Iraqi interpreters faced since British troops withdrew from Iraq.
[3] In 1999, she began working as a producer for the British bureau of the Japanese television channel TV Tokyo.
[1] At the end of May 2018, it was announced that Haynes was to leave The Times to join Sky News as their Foreign Affairs editor.
