Debra Young Maggart (born October 11, 1960) is an American politician and the former Republican Caucus Chairman of the Tennessee House of Representatives.
Maggart earned a Bachelor of Arts in advertising degree from Western Kentucky University in 1982.
She graduated with a Master of Arts degree from the Institute of Conflict Management at Lipscomb University in 2019.
Maggart was elected House Republican Whip and House Republican Caucus Chair, and served on the House committees on Education, Government Operations, Judiciary, Calendar and Rules, Finance, Health, Transportation, and Family and Children Affairs.
Maggart is senior vice president of CivicPoint LLC, a subsidiary of Frost Brown Todd.
