Luiz Carlos Santos or simply Deleu (born 1 March 1984) is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a defender for Jaguar Gdańsk in the Polish IV liga.

On February 17, 2018, he signed a six-month contract with Miedź Legnica, where he played only one league match.
