Delia Duca Iliescu (or Delia Monica Duca; born in 1986) is a Romanian former beauty pageant contestant and chess player who has hosted the chess-themed television show "Strategie in alb si negru" ("Strategy in black and white"”) on the Romanian channel Realitatea Plus since 2015.

Duca has a master's degree in computer science and works as a software engineer.
