Delton, originally called New Buffalo, is a town in Sauk County, Wisconsin, United States.

As of the census[2] of 2000, there were 2,024 people, 747 households, and 561 families residing in the town.

There were 862 housing units at an average density of 29.1 per square mile (11.2/km2).

18.1% of all households were made up of individuals, and 4.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
