Demetris Kyriakou

Demetris Kyriakou (Greek: Δημήτρης Κυριάκου; born 14 October 1986) is a Cypriot footballer who plays for ASIL Lysi as a defensive midfielder.

He is a product of APOEL's youth academies[1] and was once considered a "young ace" of the club.

[citation needed] In January 2010, he was sent for third time on loan to Olympiakos Nicosia for six months, and contributed to the team's promotion to the First Division.

[2] In July 2011, he signed a one-year contract with the Cypriot First Division club Anagennisi Dherynia.

[citation needed] On 20 June 2012, Kyriakou signed a contract with AEK Larnaca, after reportedly having been targeted by the club for a "long time".
