Dhat Teri Ki is a Bangladeshi romance comedy film directed by Shamim Ahamed Roni and produced by Abdul Aziz under the banner of Jaaz Multimedia.

the film features Arifin Shuvoo, Nusrat Faria, Ziaul Roshan and Farin Khan in the lead roles.
