Dialipina

Dialipina is an extinct genus of prehistoric marine bony fish from the Early Devonian.

[1][2] It contains two species, both known from the high Arctic of Asia and North America.

It was initially thought to be and sometimes still is treated as an early, basal actinopterygian,[3][4][5] but recent phylogenetic analyses suggest that it may instead be a stem-osteichthyan.

[6][7] The following species are known:[1] The early Devonian stem-gnathostome Janusiscus was described from remains from the Siberian mainland that were previously attributed to D.
