Richard John Fencl (February 24, 1910 – June 25, 1972) was an American professional football end who played one season with the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League (NFL).

[3][4] He played in five games, starting one, for the Eagles during the team's inaugural 1933 season, catching one pass for 20 yards.
[5] In early September 1934, it was reported that Fencl would not be returning to the Eagles as he had taken a job at an oil firm in Indiana.
