Vocals for Khan and Dixit were performed by their then-frequent collaborators, Udit Narayan and Anuradha Paudwal in five and four songs, respectively.
The Song "Mujhe Neend Na Aaye" was also recorded by Alka Yagnik, which was likely scrapped and Replaced with Anuradha Paudwal.
The sountrack was very popular, According to the Indian trade website Box Office India, with around 2,000,000 units sold the soundtrack became the fourth highest-grossing album of the year.
