Nadeesha Dilhani Lekamge (born 14 October 1987) is a Sri Lankan javelin thrower.

[5] Lekamge is at present a corporal in the Sri Lanka Army Women's Corps.

At the 2023 Asian Athletics Championships in Bangkok she threw a national record javelin throw of 60.93m and she won the bronze medal.

At the same games her fellow athlete Gayanthika Abeyratne also won a bronze medal in the 1500m.
