The Roman Catholic Diocese of Varanasi (Latin: Varanasien[sis]) is a Latin suffragan diocese in the ecclesiastical province of Agra in northern India's vast state Uttar Pradesh.

Its cathedral episcopal see is St. Mary's Cathedral in the city of Varanasi.
