The men's 3 metre springboard is part of the Diving at the 2022 Commonwealth Games program.

The competition will be held on 6 August 2022 at Sandwell Aquatics Centre in Birmingham.

England's Daniel Goodfellow led an English one-two-three in the 3 metre Springboard, with reigning champion and Olympic medalist Jack Laugher, only able to win bronze.
