Dooms is a census-designated place (CDP) in Augusta County, Virginia, United States.

As of the census[1] of 2000, there were 1,282 people, 522 households, and 386 families residing in the CDP.

The racial makeup of the CDP was 97.43% White, 1.33% African American, 0.08% Asian, and 1.17% from two or more races.

21.1% of all households were made up of individuals, and 10.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
