Douglas Gordon Perry[2] (born 1967)[3] is a United States Navy vice admiral and submarine warfare officer who serves as the commander of the United States Second Fleet.

[4][5] He most recently served as the commander of Submarine Group 9 from January 25, 2019, to June 8, 2021.

[6][7][8][9] Perry earned a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Naval Academy in 1989.

He also holds a master's degree in Civil Engineering from Marquette University.
