Douglas Milmine CBE (3 May 1921 – 28 February 2017) was the Anglican Bishop of Paraguay from 1973 to 1985.
[1] Milmine was educated at Sutton Valence School and St Peter's Hall, Oxford; and was ordained in 1947.
[5] In 1954 he moved to South America where he served in Chile, Bolivia and Peru and finally (until his ordination to the episcopate) as Archdeacon of North Chile, Bolivia and Peru.
[6] On his return to England, Milmine retired to Eastbourne, and served as an Assistant Bishop in the Diocese of Chichester.
