Dzierżążno Małe [d͡ʑɛrˈʐɔ̃ʐnɔ ˈmawɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Wieleń, within Czarnków-Trzcianka County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland.
